DANTE SUPER QUIZ, 3 Sep 2016
Greeting to all our Students, Members and Friends!
We are very pleased to see that the cultural vibe in Pietermaritzburg is increasing, slowly but constantly.
The most recent gratifying confirmation was the great success of the third edition of the QUIZ GAME promoted by Societa’ Dante Alighieri in Pietermaritburg, on 3RD September.
It is an initiative in which four schools of Pietermaritzburg, ALLANDALE PRIMARY SCHOOL, DECCAN ROAD PRIMARY SCHOOL, NORTHLANDS PRIMARY SCHOOL, TPA FULL SERVICE SCHOOL, participated with great pleasure, interest and fun, of the students, the teachers, parents and friends. A wonderful group of at least 130 people convened to enjoy this annual event. 12 teams were involved, each composed by two boys and two girls of grades 5/6/7. It was amazing to watch them, how frenzy they were to consult each other to put the right answer to the many different quiz!
And, finally, at the end of the game, each student and each school got a prize according to the achieved score. The winning team belonged to DECCAN PRIMARY SCHOOL.
The event ended with a tasty buffet, offered to the students, the teachers, parents and relatives who shared with us the emotional atmosphere of this event.
Congratulations guys! And thank you all for made this day a special one!
